How we look after your data
What this site collects. Your name, your username, a scrambled version of your password that cannot be turned back into the password, which training modules you complete, and your scores.
Why. Protos Packaging must keep records that show you were trained. Your scores help your trainer decide when you are ready to be signed off.
Where it is kept. Your sign-in details are held by Cloudflare, the company that runs this website. Your training records are kept in Odoo, the company system we use for HR records.
Videos in some modules. A few modules show a video from YouTube or Vimeo. When you play one, your device connects to that company to fetch the video, and they may set their own cookies. We use YouTube's privacy mode to keep this to a minimum, and nothing about you or your results is sent to them.
Who can see it. Your trainer and the people who manage HR records. Other trainees can never see your results.
How long we keep it. For as long as you work at Protos Packaging, plus the period we must keep training records for by law.
